He provided a competitive quote and was able to schedule work and complete work in a very reasonable time frame. Definitely recommend! Jovan repaired a bathroom switch. He was flexible around our schedule. Will use the company for future services!

While Jovan was certainly not the cheapest estimate of the bunch, he was definitely not the most expensive either. What made him stand out from the rest was his level of professionalism and detail/knowledge when it came to giving us an itemized estimate. There was a setback during installation of our new chandelier, but Jovan and his son worked quickly through it and after witnessing everything they did to get the job done, I can understand why the price is where it’s at. We are Very Happy with the results and would definitely recommend Jovan!

Customer service is what it's all about. Jovan the owner contacted my Mother-in law in Morton Grove about an issue with her power panel. He showed and explained to her that it needed to be replaced since it was very old. Not only did he do a great job but he came back and painted around where he need to cut to fit in the the new power panel..he went the extra mile and when you had to talk with him he answered the phone or even when you left a voice mail he called you back in a reasonable amount of time. Jovan is small business and always found the time to explain what needed to be done and all with a smile and great prices! The art of customer service is what it is all about. Anyone can do electrical work but with JTP electric you get great customer service and knowledge all in one place!!

JTP Electric and Jovan are wonderful. I had some lights and my refrigerator that would go off and on. I called ComEd and they said it was good on their end but to check my circuit breakers. I looked they were all on but I was afraid to touch them. The problem continued so I started to turn the circuit breakers off and on. Sometimes it worked sometimes not. I decided it was time for an electrician. I Googled Electricians in Niles. After reading all the positive reviews for JTP Electric I decided to call them. It is the best decision I could have made. I talked to Jovan on Thursday afternoon explained the problem. He was going to be busy on Friday but said he would call me back to let me know when he could come out. Friday night I texted him to see if he could come out Saturday because the lights were going off frequently and taking longer to come back on. He asked me to take pictures of my circuit breakers and panel which I did and he said he would see me Saturday afternoon. When he arrived he was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I also had told him that I would like everything to be replaced because the equipment was old. He replaced the main breaker and another one. He showed me where they were breaking and said I was lucky because a fire could have started. He said he could not replace the panel that day because it is a complete day’s work. He assured me everything would be fine for now. He did agree that the panel was old and should be replaced. There is also a gas pipe near the panel and said that I should have it moved over because it is too hard to get to the panel and it may even be a violation where it is located. I will work on getting that done and then he can come back and put in everything new. I am very happy that I chose to call his company. You can tell that he is professional knowledge explains everything and takes pride in the work he does. His prices are very affordable. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a great electrician.
